Birmingham Community Healthcare is made up of the following Divisions and Directorates.
The Adults & Community Division provides a range of community services across Birmingham. It provides services on a citywide basis and also in one or more of three localities in Birmingham - Central and West; East and North and South. It operates two community hospitals at Moseley Hall and West Heath, the Sheldon Unit palliative care centre and four intermediate care centres.
The Children & Families Division brings together all the specialist community services for children and young people across Birmingham and offers a co-ordinated approach to child health care. It also delivers the universal children’s services of health visiting, mainstream school nursing and the paediatric eye screening service for the South Birmingham population.

Birmingham Dental Hospital (BDH)
Is a training establishment, delivering high quality services, education and research; working closely with the University of Birmingham School of Dentistry to provides range of dental services for people living in the West Midlands

West Midlands Rehabilitation Service
Providing a range of specialist services across the West Midlands.

Learning Disability Services
Which provides health services for people with learning disabilities across the city of Birmingham.
Providing a range of specialist dental services in Birmingham, Sandwell, Dudley and Walsall.
