Quality Report 2016/17 published

The Quality Report is a detailed record of the work we did across our Trust in 2016/17 to maintain and improve the quality of care delivered by our clinical teams and the quality priorities and targets we've set for 2017/18.

A Quality Report is an annual report about the quality of services offered by providers of healthcare both in the NHS and the independent sector.

The quality of our services is assessed and monitored not only internally but externally as well by regulators such as the Care Quality Commission (CQC) – the independent regulator of all health and social service in England. Our most recent CQC rating for overall care quality was 'good' (September 2014). Click here to download CQC reports for BCHC services.
