Each element of the service offers comprehensive assessment of need and appropriate care, treatment and support in the most appropriate setting.
We aim to provide care and treatment with the flexibility and sensitivity to meet the health needs of the diverse communities we serve and that is responsive to personal needs as they change throughout an individual's life.
