The Children and Families division is, like other departments and services working towards the Customer Service Excellence Standard.
As part of the accreditation process the service has been listening to children and their families as part of "you said, we did". After speaking to service users, the Children and Families division patient experience team has ensured that magazines are now available in waiting areas.
