Customer Services (formerly PALS) for Childrens Services

Customer Services is here to offer children, young people and their families advice about their healthcare. Any information which you share with us will not be discussed with anyone else, without your permission (confidentiality). 

Customer Services will:

  • Be there for you

  • Treat you with respect

  • Listen to your concerns, suggestions and try to answer your questions

  • Try to sort out any concerns you have, and tell you what is happening

  • Involve other staff as necessary, if you agree

  • Help you to get the NHS Health Services you need

  • Put you in touch with more people who can help
