Following recent recommendation from the Birmingham Safeguarding Children’s Board, the children and families division have modified their referral form to ensure that important information is obtained for safeguarding those children referred to their services. With the inclusion of these amendments there will be assurance that the processes regarding safeguarding children are strengthened.
Referrers to the services within the children and families division are asked to destroy any previous versions of the referral form. Referrals in any other format may not be accepted.
