Multidisciplinary community teams work from centres across Birmingham to provide holistic and specialist assessment and treatment for people with learning disabilities living in the community.
Services are generally provided from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday but are sufficiently flexible to accommodate individual needs. Additionally, on-call services are available 24 hours a day, providing immediate access to trained staff in times of crisis.
