Diabetes	The diabetes service offers a comprehensive service for adults with diabetes including group education sessions delivered in a number of commonly-spoken South-Asian languages. Domiciliary visits may also be undertaken in specific cases. The service provides a multidisciplinary team approach, with clinics staffed by consultant diabetologists, specialist nurses and specialist diabetes dieticians.	Adults and Community Division
