Quality Account 2012-13 cover

We aim to provide healthcare services of a quality that meet and exceed the needs and expectations of all the communities we serve.

Our newly-published quality account sets out clearly what we've done to assure quality during 2012-13 and what we aim to do to drive standards even higher during 2013-14 and beyond.

The comprehensive document details how we performed against quality improvement and innovation goals, agreed with our service commissioners, during the 12 months it focuses on. It also sets out our priorities for clinical improvement during 2013-14, which were determined in response to public consultation.
