What does 'quality care' mean to you?

We’re always looking for ways to improve our care so that we can provide a consistently high quality service to patients, their families and carers. To do this we need your help.
We’re looking to set our ‘quality priorities’ for 2016/17 and we want to know what’s important to  you when receiving care from BCHC services.
Please take part in a short survey before 5pm on Thursday, 31 December to share your views on our proposed themes and suggest what actions we could take to improve patient care for 2016/17.
The outcome of this consultation, along with progress against the chosen themes, will be published in our annual Quality Account next year, a report that focuses on the quality of the services we provide.
