Magical memories thanks to generous grant

Thanks to a generous donation from the Boshier-Hinton Foundation, the children at Edgewood Road Children’s Home were treated to an amazing in-house performance by the Bamboozle Theatre Company.

The multi-sensory production was a tale of mountain peasant folk and the search for a mythical dragon that began with the performers explaining the story line in song which included the names of each child in the audience.

It was a fully immersive production and at one point the children and their carers were invited into a tent around a “camp fire” where they were wrapped in fur throws.

The Boshier-Hinton Foundation exists to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities, learning difficulties or sensory impairment and their families, by the awarding of grants.
