DAWs Presents: Get Fit for Feb!

Join the BCHC Direct Access to Wellbeing Services (DAWs) Team and BCHC Charity for a free, fun and interactive event for all the family! The focus of the Fit for Feb Roadshow is on raising awareness of how keeping yourself physically, mentally and financially fit can positively impact your life.
Location: Midlands Arts Centre, Cannon Hill Park
The Fit for Feb Roadshow is suitable for all ages, completely free of charge, and you do not need a ticket to attend; simply pop by any time between 9:30am and 2:30pm to access information, activities, and resources.
The roadshow is designed to give you the opportunity to find out about local services and organisations that can support you in keeping physically healthy, mentally well, and financially fit, as well as providing mindful and fun activities to help boost morale, encourage relaxation, and make learning about wellness fun for all.
The event will include a range of informational stands, such as free health checks, fun fitness & dance challenges, free benefits checks, outdoor nature activities, CPR Superstar lifesaving skills, mindfulness colouring, and more! See the full list of exhibitors and activities below.
The DAWs Team will have a stand at the event where you can get energy saving tips and resources and find out more about how they are supporting people to be well and warm at home. Visit their webpage for more information.
We’re also running our BCHC Charity children's Collection Challenge; visit stalls to collect stickers on your Challenge Card and you can win a prize!
Pop by to find out more about how you can become Fit for Feb (and beyond)!
