Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

If you want to give us feedback or have concerns around healthcare services provided by Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Trust then please email the PALS Services Team or call 0800 917 2855.

Opening hours are 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holiday. We will respond to your enquiry within one working day.
