Dental Services update on access to services - coronavirus (COVID-19)

At the moment all Dental Hospital and Community clinic appointments are cancelled from now until 31 May 2020.

In some circumstances you might be required to attend an appointment and if this is the case we will contact you by telephone to advise you of this.

If you are an existing community patient and are experiencing facial pain and swelling please contact us on 0121 466 7610 or ring NHS 111

If you are an existing Dental Hospital patient and are experiencing facial pain and swelling please contact us on 0121 466 5555 or ring NHS 111

If you require urgent advice, information, assessment or treatment, please call NHS 111.  NHS 111 call handlers will discuss your needs and provide you with information about where you can be seen.  If you need to be seen for an urgent assessment you will be offered an appointment slot at Birmingham Dental Hospital.

Call 0121 466 5555 for all appointment queries and choose one of the following options:

Option 1 – Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine, General Anaesthetic (GA) and Special Care

Option 2 – Orthodontics and Paediatric (Children’s) Dentistry

Option 3 – Restorative, Prosthodontics, Periodontology, Conservation, Clinical Practice (Student Programme)
