Our charity funds ‘extra’ activity, equipment, or initiatives, not funded as part of core BCHC services. These are the things that will bring a smile to patients, enhance their experience or improve their care with us. It could be a piece of equipment, research or a training course that will improve the care staff can provide.

We have made the difficult but necessary decision to postpone all of our in-person fundraising events until the end of August. We are currently taking donations via our JustGiving page in order to support our patients, service users and colleagues throughout the pandemic.

If you or someone you know would like to raise money for BCHC doing something different, please contact us. Every penny raised can make a real impact. You can raise money for all services to access or for a specific project.

As a charity we aim to raise money through a variety of events, either organised by BCHC Charity or by individual members of staff, patients or friends of the charity. These could include quiz nights, mountain treks and cake sales, to name a few. Over the coming weeks we will add more information to this section so keep your eyes peeled.

With over 130 unique community and specialist services, we provide a wide range of life changing services to help care for individuals, support rehabilitation, and provide a new lease of life for individuals who want to thrive in their home environment. Our appeals cover services which are close to people's heart, from children's palliative care to cutting edge prosthetic and rehabilitation. Watch out for the latest campaigns and appeals on this page.
