Venue & Event Information

The main event will be taking place in the Banqueting Suite on Level 2. Enter the building through the main entrance and head to the registration table to the right of the main reception desk. Once registered, you can take a lift or the stairs up to Level 2. The entrance to the Banqueting Suite can be seen once you exit the lift or stairwell. The Edgbaston Stadium website offers virtual tours so you can explore the venue before you attend.

The Banqueting Suite will be split into two separate rooms. The first is the Main Exhibition area, which will have several information stands around the room. This will be a large open area and may appear busy at times whilst people take part in discussions. There will be a seating area available within the room and some water stations for refreshments. The second is a Sensory Activity Room with various activities to take part in. This is sectioned off from the main exhibition room by a partition wall. You can enter and exit the room via a doorway.

Toilets are available on Level 2 near the main lift and stairs lobby, outside the entrance to the Banqueting Suite.

A limited number of ear defenders will be available at the event, but we recommend you bring your own if you have them.

Our patients and their carers and families are the reason we're here, so we want to hear your views about the Trust and our services.
