Over the last 2 years, BCHC Charity has hosted 4 educational events at the MAC Birmingham in order to help care for our community.

Thanks to generous donations, two NHS Charities, BCHC Charity and Caring Minds, have been able to fund the creation of a beautiful Garden of Reflection on the Moseley Hall Hospital site for patients and staff to enjoy.   

BCHC Charity are very proud to have funded the Book of Inspiration project using funding from the Arts & Culture In Health scheme.

To honour the hard work and difference our volunteers have made to the lives of staff and service users alike, BCHC Charity hosted a celebration event at the MAC Birmingham on Wednesday 5 June.

Thank you to everyone who has given their time to help us in making a difference for BCHC patients, service users and the staff who treat them.

Thanks to a fundraiser in memory of Jim Williams, BCHC Charity have been able to provide Ward 8 with ‘extras’ to enhance patient rehabilitation and care.

Thanks to funding from NHS Charities Together, BCHC Charity has been supporting early intervention projects across the Trust to promote healthy living.

BCHC Charity funded an educational video to help patients and their families prepare for appointments for functional electrical stimulation (FES) treatment.

Patients on Ward 6 at Moseley Hall Hospital can now enjoy watching television even if they are unable to visit the day rooms, thanks to charity funded wall-mounted and portable trolley TVs.

Thanks to a generous donation from the Tesco store on Aston Lane in Witton, BCHC Charity was able to help 29 homeless families living in temporary accommodation. 

Thanks to funding from Landau Limited, BCHC Charity has been able to deliver projects and support activities that aim to help individuals with Autism lead happier, healthier, and more independent lives.

BCHC Charity has spruced up clinical rooms at Victoria Special School with murals, toys and furniture to make spaces more inviting for the children and their families.
