As Armed Forces Week begins, if you've ever served in the UK Armed Forces, are struggling with your mental health and live in England, Op COURAGE is here to help.

Op COURAGE is a dedicated NHS mental health service developed by veterans, for veterans. Working together with NHS services and charities, Op COURAGE makes sure people who have served and are struggling with their mental health and wellbeing get the specialist care, support and treatment for their specific needs.

How to access support

Veterans, their families or other health professionals can refer, or self-refer, to services by calling 0300 323 0137 or emailing mevs.mhm@nhs.net.

There is also an emotional support line available for veterans, open 24/7, by calling 0300 323 0139.

Visit www.opcouragemidlands.nhs.uk for more information.

Our patients and their carers and families are the reason we're here, so we want to hear your views about the Trust and our services.
