Easier access to information about your care

The new BCHC Patient Engagement Portal is now live, giving our patients convenient and secure access to key information about their care.

The portal allows you to view upcoming and past BCHC appointments and read some documents relating to the care we provide for you. Users will be able to access a growing range of digital services as we continue to develop the system.

The portal is accessed using any smartphone, tablet or computer; no downloads or app installations are necessary. You will need an NHS login - if you do not already have one, it takes just a few minutes to set one up.

The BCHC Patient Engagement Portal is available to patients who are: 

  • aged 13 or over.
  • registered with a GP in England. 
  • have an NHS number.
  • currently receiving, or have recently received, care from Birmingham Community Healthcare.
