Help for type 2 diabetes prevention

This week marks Diabetes Week and we are proud to support the cause by sharing helpful information that will empower our communities to take proactive steps towards better health.

To mark the occasion, we're showcasing a selection of free apps in our App Library designed to support lifestyle changes that can help prevent type 2 diabetes. Apps such as the NHS Food Scanner to help you avoid high sugary foods or the NHS Active 10 Walking Tracker to help increase your activity levels are just two of the many apps available for free.

We encourage everyone to explore the dedicated webpage on our App Library where apps have been specifically selected to support with healthy eating, physical activity and tracking progress.

Start your type 2 diabetes prevention journey today.

Our patients and their carers and families are the reason we're here, so we want to hear your views about the Trust and our services.
