Moseley Hall Hospital's Sacred Steps

Bereavement Link Worker/ Community Nurse Leonie Cole and Chaplain/Spiritual Care Practitioner Andrea Lewis

Sacred Steps is a mindfulness and prayer walk at Moseley Hall Hospital that launched in August to support the wellbeing of our colleagues, service users and their families while promoting being outdoors.

Created by the chaplaincy and spiritual care team, the gentle walk that supports all beliefs offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself and the world around you.

Moseley Hall Grounds

The Sacred Steps walk begins in Moseley Halls Chapel and will lead you around the hospital grounds allowing you to take your time and reflect while surrounded by nature.

The guide to this peaceful walk can be found on the Sacred Steps website, where you can access videos of the route to help find your way, the videos also contain audio versions of the reflections and prayers for each key location.
