Our 2026 annual general and members' meeting
Our 2026 annual general and members' meeting will take place at our Trust Headquarters, Priestley Wharf, Aston on Tuesday 15 September from 9.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.
Join us to celebrate our achievements, hear our future plans, and help shape the future of local NHS services.

- record Staff Survey response rates and continued improvements in colleague experience;
- fewer vacancies and reduced reliance on temporary staffing;
- improved access to dental and rehabilitation services;
- expansion of neighbourhood teams and locality hubs across Birmingham;
- Refurbishment of Sutton Cottage Hospital as a dedicated hub for older people;
- continued roll-out of the electronic patient record.
Building Healthier Communities
Working with partners across Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care System, BCHC has continued to develop integrated neighbourhood teams, locality hubs and community partnerships, helping bring care closer to home and supporting the shift towards neighbourhood health services.
Looking Ahead
As we develop our Future Operating Model, priorities include delivering safe, high-quality care, improving productivity and digital services, supporting colleagues, tackling health inequalities and expanding integrated care with partners across Birmingham.
We would like to thank our colleagues, partners and local communities for their continued support throughout the year.
