Our plan for 2025/26
Our Annual Plan for 2025 to 2026 is now formally approved and available to download.
The plan retains the foundation of our three strategic objectives – delivering safe, high-quality care; becoming a great place to work; and developing integrated care. It sets out how we intend to take these forward and three priority tasks for the year:
- to deliver what is expected of us nationally with a focus on quality and safety of care, access and productivity;
- to progress our ambition for integrated care in neighbourhoods and localities in a way that makes winter 2025 better for patients and colleagues;
- to do these in a way that is consistent with our Trust values and our leadership approach – “the Team BCHC Way”.
