For patients who are currently receiving treatment with our service, please contact your regular clinic for support or the local dentist who referred you.
For patients who are not currently under our care or who are awaiting assessment, please contact your regular dentist in the first instance. They will be able to provide initial support, and if they feel you need to be seen by our service, they can send an urgent referral.
Opening hours, urgent treatment and out-of-hours care
Our contact centre is open Monday to Friday, 8.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., to assist with any queries regarding your referral or initial consultation appointment. You can contact the team on 0121 466 7610.
Clinic opening times
Most of our clinics are open Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Some clinics operate on a part-time basis, and opening times may vary. You will be advised of your clinic’s schedule during your first visit.
Urgent care during opening hours
If you are a continuing care patient and require urgent dental treatment during normal hours, please contact your local clinic directly. You may be offered a telephone triage appointment with a clinician for assessment and advice in the first instance.
Out-of-hours, training days and bank holidays
Continuing care patients can still contact their local clinic. An answerphone message will provide details about opening hours and out-of-hours arrangements. For urgent dental advice when clinics are closed, please contact NHS 111.
