If you have any concerns about the safety and/or welfare of a child or young person telephone the  Children's Advice and Support Service (CASS)  on  0121 303 1888  or via  secure email . Outside normal office hours, please call  0121 675 4806  for the emergency duty team.

CASS provides a single point of contact for anyone who wants to raise concerns about a child.

We want to keep all children and young people in Birmingham safe from harm.  If you are concerned about a child please contact CASS who will listen, assess your concerns and can take action if a child is at risk.

Children Heard and Seen

Children Heard and Seen,is a charity that supports children and families impacted by parental imprisonment. Children Heard and Seen offer one to one support, mentorship, group activities and arts and music-based therapy to children who are facing the shame and stigma that is attached to having a parent in prison.
