Concerned About a Child?

BFS: delivering education, health and wellbeing for children and young people aged 0 to 19 in Birmingham.

If you have any concerns about the safety and/or welfare of a child or young person telephone the Children's Advice and Support Service (CASS) on 0121 303 1888 or via secure email. Outside normal office hours, please call 0121 675 4806 for the emergency duty team.

CASS provides a single point of contact for anyone who wants to raise concerns about a child.

We want to keep all children and young people in Birmingham safe from harm.  If you are concerned about a child please contact CASS who will listen, assess your concerns and can take action if a child is at risk.

Children Heard and Seen

Children Heard and Seen,is a charity that supports children and families impacted by parental imprisonment. Children Heard and Seen offer one to one support, mentorship, group activities and arts and music-based therapy to children who are facing the shame and stigma that is attached to having a parent in prison.
