Each year, BCHC reports data relating to complaints made about services provided by the Trust together with a summary of actions taken and improvements made as a result. This is compiled into the Patient Experience Annual Report.


Our patients and their carers and families are the reason we're here, so we want to hear your views about the Trust and our services.
