Dynamic Support Register

The Dynamic Support Register (DSR) tracks people with autism or learning disabilities at risk of hospitalisation to ensure they get support to live at home.

  • What is the Dynamic Support Register?

The Dynamic Support Register (DSR) is a register which identifies children, young people and adults who:

    • have been formally diagnosed as Autistic and / or having a Learning Disability and
    • who are at risk of admission to a specialist Mental Health or Learning Disability Hospital.

The aim of the register is to ensure that the right level of support is identified and provided, to enable the person to live their life in a way that they would like to at home.
