About waiting times
The waiting times we show are the average times for children who were assessed or diagnosed that month.
We book appointments based on how urgent the child's needs are and how long they've been waiting. This means some children may be seen sooner or later than the average time.
Our services are very busy, but we are working hard to improve the process and reduce waiting times.
