Support for mental health and wellbeing
What is the Birmingham Forward Steps (BFS) offer?
We offer signposting and connecting to appropriate mental health services for parents struggling with isolation, mental health and wellbeing. Through the wider Family Hub offer we work in partnership with Pause to provide access to a well being drop-in for anyone under the age of 25.
